ILOILO – In her first official act as presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP), Vice Gov. Nathalie Ann “Lee Ann” Debuque called on Provincial Board members to set aside politics, embrace diversity, and adopt critical thinking to craft policies that reflect the real needs of the people.
