ILOILO – The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) has designated Iloilo Provincial Government’s Public Information and Community Affairs Office (PICAO) chief Jose Nereo Lujan as a member of the Executive Council of the National Committee on Monuments and Sites.
