ILOILO – Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. welcomed the inclusion of his proposal to establish hemodialysis centers in 12 district hospitals, including the Iloilo Provincial Hospital, in the newly added 13 projects in the public-private partnership (PPP) pipeline.
