Capacity Enhancement Program for Banate and Barotac Bays is a three-year project focusing on the enhancement on the Coastal Resource Management (CRM) of the Banate Bay Resource Management Council, Inc, (BBRMCI) office together with the municipalities of Anilao, Banate, Barotac Nuevo and Barotac Viejo. It aims to strengthen the inter-LGU coastal resource management system of the Province of Iloilo by providing a database with all the basic information and results of all the projects implemented by the office.
