The ceremony took place on December 2, gathering local chief executives, municipal treasurers, and municipal assessors from 43 LGUs in the province. Provincial Administrator Raul Banias led the awarding ceremony, joined by PTO head Jean Maire Umadhay and Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Region VI representative Nemia D. Segovia. Sara also ranked first in RPT Collection Efficiency under Category A, while the Municipality of Estancia secured the top spot in the same category under Category B.
