Arthur Defensor Jr. represented by Atty. Dennis Ventilacion, and 4th District’s Cong. Ferjenel Biron. This new facility, the second of its kind in Iloilo Province’s 4th District following the complex at Iloilo State University of Fisheries, Science and Technology, will feature a rubberized oval, an improved grandstand, perimeter fencing, and provisions for a future Olympic-sized swimming pool.
