PN PHOTO ILOILO – The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo has been cited as the first local government unit in Panay Island to have an operational Electronic – Business One-Stop Shop (E-Boss). An E-Boss is a single online portal that allows clients to access all necessary services and information for business registration, and electronic issuance of pertinent documents. The municipal government set up the E-Boss in line with Republic Act 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Law – the first of its kind in the island of Panay. Recognizing this feat, the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) led by Secretary Ernesto Perez awarded the Municipality of Pavia with a Certificate of Commendation.
