Animal welfare advocates seek end to San Joaquin’s Pasungay Festival
ILOILO – Animal welfare groups, including the Animal Kingdom Foundation and Team Aspin of Iloilo (TAIL), have called on the local government unit (LGU) of the municipality of San Joaquin to cease the annual Pasungay Festival, citing concerns over animal cruelty. -
